Safety and noise of elevator

Pray that the elevator company and the Engineering Department of the government will fix the elevator stopping at odd number floors including my home, pray that the noise will be substantially decreases especially during sleeping time so that my pelvis and back injury can be recovered quickly with deep sleep. Pray that God will have mercy and compassionate on me regarding this as I cannot walk stairs now, I need elevator to send me to 15th floor but the elevator with great noise and very unstable can stopping and last time hurt my pelvis and back.
