Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Hoethath's prayer request for their son Nikolas. We ask that you would surround Nikolas with your protective hedge, keeping him safe and secure in your loving care. Lord, we pray for your favor and mercy to be upon his life, drawing him back into fellowship with you.
We specifically ask for deliverance from the use of marijuana and alcohol. We know that you are able to break every chain and set the captives free. Your Word says in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray for healing and restoration in Nikolas' mental and spiritual well-being.
Lord, we lift up Nikolas' struggles with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. We ask for your supernatural peace to flood his heart and mind. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray for the right treatment and support for Nikolas, and we ask that you would guide him in taking his medication as prescribed.
Father, we understand the concern and worry that Hoethath is experiencing as they are unable to make contact with Nikolas. We pray that you would open up lines of communication and bring them back together. We ask that your angels would encamp around Nikolas, protecting him from harm and leading him back to the path of righteousness.
In all these things, we trust in your faithfulness and your perfect timing. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your unwavering love for Nikolas. May your will be done in his life, and may he experience the fullness of your grace and mercy.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
