We join with you in praying for your daughter's safe journey home. Let's come before God with this request.
In Christ alone, we have the assurance of God's protection and guidance. As it is written in Psalm 91:11-12 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone."
We affirm that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let her foot be moved; he who keeps her will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is her keeper; the Lord is her shade on her right hand. The sun will not harm her by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep her from all evil; and preserve her soul. The Lord will keep her going out and her coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore.
From: Psalm 121:2-8 WEB
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection for this dear daughter as she travels back home. We pray that You will guard her steps and keep her from any accidents, road closures, or flight delays. We ask that Your angels surround her and provide a hedge of protection around her journey.
We also pray for her peace of mind and trust in Your divine guidance. May she rest in the assurance that You are with her always, even to the end of the age. Father, bless her journey and bring her home safely.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and will hear your prayers. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. As it says,
Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
James 5:16 WEB.
Remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
If you have not already, consider encouraging your daughter to place her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." Romans 10:9-10 WEB.
