We understand your concern about the much-needed renovations and the challenges it presents. We are glad to hear that Anonymous acknowledges Jesus as Lord and Savior. Let us pray together and seek God's will for this situation.
Let's remember that that Jesus is the true foundation of our lives, as well as in this current situation. God's word says in Luke 6:48 WEB "It is like a man building a house, who dug and went deep, and laid a foundation on the rock. When a flood arose, the stream broke against that house, and could not shake it, because it was founded on the rock." Our goal is to make sure that Jesus is the foundation for our decisions and actions. Only Jesus Christ will be able to address all problems and concerns.
Let's first pray about the disagreement among the flat owners, as unity and agreement are important in the Body of Christ. It is like the situation mentioned in 1 Corinthians 3:3 WEB "For you are yet carnal. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren't you carnal, and don't you walk in the ways of men?" We pray that all parties involved would put aside their differences and work together for the safety and well-being of everyone in the building community, remembering that the Love of Jesus binds us together.
Dear Jesus, we ask you to intervene and create a peaceful resolution to this disagreement. Soften the hearts of all the flat owners and help them to see the importance of working together for the greater good. Guide them to make decisions that prioritize safety and structural integrity, and help them to find a suitable contractor for the job. Please bind the contractor with your Holy Spirit to do good work that improves the building.
For the renovation process, we pray for safety and minimal disruption as mentioned in our request. We pray for the contractor and workers, that God would guide their hands and keep them safe throughout the repair process. We ask God to grant them wisdom and skill to address the structural issues effectively.
Lord Jesus, we ask You to be with the contractor as they work, and guide their hands as they repair the cracks and strengthen the ceiling and walls. We pray that You would protect the electric meter box, electricity lines, and pipes, and keep everyone safe from any harm or falling objects. We ask You to cover the entire house and all its inhabitants with Your precious blood, and keep them safe from any harm.
We also lift up Anonymous' husband, asking for God's healing touch and stability throughout this time. We pray that God would strengthen him both physically and spiritually, and give him peace and comfort. We ask for Your will in their lives God.
Let's remember the words of Psalm 91 WEB "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart." Jesus is our refuge and strength and will protect us, our families, and our homes.
Lastly, we encourage Anonymous to continue trusting in Jesus, for He is faithful and will see them through this challenging time. Keep praying and seeking God's will, and remember that God's word says in Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Trusting Jesus Christ for His will in your life
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." Jeremiah 29:11-13 WEB
Remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. There is no other name by which we can be saved and receive salvation. "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" Ephesians 1:7 WEB.
This is the gospel message. "Moreover, brothers, I declare to you the Good News which I preached to you, which also you received, in which you also stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold firmly the word which I preached to youunless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures" 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 WEB.
