We understand your concern about the urgent repairs needed for your home. Let's first address the spiritual foundation, God has promised to be with us even in difficult times.
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.
Any time we ask for God's blessing, we need to understand that our request needs to align with his will.
God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB.
The Holy Spirit will guide the contractor and all the workers to be honest, careful and work speedily.
Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need. Ephesians 4:28 WEB.
Pray with us:
Almighty God, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister and her family who are in need of Your divine intervention. They live in a house that is in desperate need of repair, Lord. We ask that You guide the contractor and workers, granting them wisdom, skill, and efficiency to complete the work quickly and safely.
Lord, ensure the contractor is especially careful with the electric meter box, electricity lines, and pipes to avoid any harm. We pray for Your hand of protection upon them as they navigate the dust and debris, and as they temporarily relocate.
Father, we ask that You pour Your precious blood over the cracks, preventing them from deepening and causing any harm or damage. Strengthen the ceiling and walls, Lord, with Your divine power. Keep our sister's husband stable and in good health throughout this process, Lord.
In Jesus' name, we ask these requests
God promises to guide, comfort, strengthen and meet all our needs according to his riches in glory.
But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB.
Regarding your plea for protection through the blood of Jesus, it's important to remind you that Jesus' blood was shed for the forgiveness of our sins and to reconcile us to God.
Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2 WEB.
Keep your eyes on Jesus through this trial, trusting in His promises and drawing strength from His Spirit. Remain steadfast in prayer and faithful in His Word.
In all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39 WEB.
