Safe n speedy renovations

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We understand your concern about the renovations needed for your old building and the difficulties posed by the disagreement among the flat owners. We also understand the urgency as there are cracks developing in the house. We appreciate your invocation of Jesus as our Lord and Savior. It is reassuring that you did. As the sole way to God, we come before His throne with boldness because of the all-availing name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hebrews 4:16 WEB, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

As we come in the name of Jesus Christ, we recall that the name of Jesus is the only name by which we must be saved. The Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." That means everything we ask in this name according to the will of God will be done and God will answer. We would like to remind you of this point in case you ever have doubts or should anyone else read this prayer.

Let us pray together for the situation involving your home.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our sister and her home situation to you, God. We ask that you intervene and bring unity among the flat owners so they can agree on the best course of action for the building. Please give them guidance and wisdom to make decisions that honor You and benefit everyone involved. We also recognize the urgency of the repairs needed at the house. We know you will touch the hearts of the workers to work promptly and efficiently.

We ask Lord Jesus, pour your precious blood over those cracks and keep them from worsening, as well as prevent any falling debris or damage to the home and family. Jesus, we ask you to protect them throughout this process, keeping them safe from harm and any falling objects.

"Psalm 4:8: In peace I will lay down and sleep, for you, Lord, make me live in safety."

We pray for the speedy renovation of their home. "Psalm 90:17: Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; establish the work of our hands!"

We ask that you sustain our sister's husband, keep him healthy and stable during this period, and restore his health. We believe that this disruption will not hinder the work of restoring their home.

We ask the Holy Spirit to fill and empower our sisters' family with the grace and strength necessary to endure this time. "Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint."

In addition, we pray that this restoration will be done smoothly in a timely fashion and that God will provide in every way needed financially and otherwise. "Proverbs 3:6: In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We ask in Jesus name that the final outcome and all the repairs will bring honor and glory to God.

Finally, God, we ask that You use this experience to draw our sister and her family closer to You. May they continually trust you in all things. We pray for every other family in the building, may their hearts be turned to You. We offer our prayers in Jesus Christ's holy name. Amen.
