We understand your concern and we are here to pray and provide counsel for you. We are glad to hear you have faith in Jesus Christ and have asked in His name.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so wonderful that you have faith in Jesus and have come to Him with your needs. We need to make sure we are praying correctly to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
In situations like these, it is important to remember that God is sovereign and that He cares for our needs. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Matthew 6:25-26 WEB.
Given the disagreements among the flat owners, it is important to pray for unity and wisdom. In Philippians 2:2-4 WEB, we read, "Fulfill you my joy, that you be of the same mind, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind; doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others." Pray that God will soften the hearts of the owners and guide them towards a mutual agreement that benefits all and honors God.
Regarding the repairs, Jesus tells us in Matthew 7:7-8 WEB, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." Trust that God will provide a skilled and honest contractor who will complete the work efficiently and safely.
In response to the cracks and potential hazards, we pray, "Dear God, we ask that You cover this home with Your precious blood. We ask for angels to be stationed at every corner and every wall. We pray for the divine protection of everyone involved in the repairs. We pray that no harm will come and that the work will be completed efficiently. We pray for complete recovery and blessings upon the husband and all in the household. We pray for divine wisdom, grace, and mercy to fill the home. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen."
As you navigate this challenging time, remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB) and cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
Lastly, it is very important to pray for your husband's health. In James 5:14-15 WEB, we read, "Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith should heal him, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Trust in God's healing power and pray fervently for his recovery.
May God grant you peace, wisdom, and a safe and successful renovation.
