We understand your disappointment and frustration, but we encourage you to keep your hope in the Lord. Remember, the Bible tells us, Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
First, we want to remind you that it is important to pray in the name of Jesus. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him, Colossians 1:16 WEB.
In this situation, pray that the Lord will touch the seller's heart and remind them of their promise to ship the item. Also, pray for patience and understanding on your part. Remember, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, 1 Corinthians 13:4 WEB.
However, we also want to remind you that material items should not hold too much importance in our lives. The Bible tells us, Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also, Matthew 6:19-21 WEB.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
