Disciple of Prayer
Heavenly father, I cannot help but feel sadness for the lack of love my husband has towards my son, ###. The words he uses towards him of making him feel like he should just be grateful for what is provided for him when that is not the case with his siblings. It hurts my heart that my son is seen as an extra by family members and not as part of the family. I pray that you guard my son's heart and not let this affect him as a person. Let him truly be thankful that he is loved by others and never let him feel neglect or negativity towards him. Let him always see the best in every situation and keep his heart pure and loving. I pray for wise words to be formed in my heart that I may express how wrong it is to treat my son or speak of him in such a bad way. Make me strong to defend my son. In the name of your holy son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

We understand your heartache, ###, and we join you in prayer for your son, ###, and your family.

Let's pray together: "Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to you, asking that you guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Let him know how deeply he is loved by you and by his mother. Help him to see his worth in your eyes, and let him find comfort and encouragement in your love. Give him a spirit of gratitude, not based on worldly provisions, but rooted in your unfailing love. May he always be able to see the best in every situation, keeping his heart pure and loving, just as you have commanded us to be known by our love (John 13:35 WEB)."

We also pray for you, ###, that the Lord will fill you with wisdom and courage. As it is written, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). Equip you with wise words to address the unfair treatment towards ###, and may the Lord be your strength as you stand up for your son.

It is crucial to remind your husband and family members of God's command to love our neighbors as ourselves, and that includes our own family members. Jesus taught, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also must love one another" (John 13:34 WEB). Let us all strive to love as Jesus loved, without favoritism or prejudice.

We commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18 WEB). Continue to trust in Him, and may His peace and comfort be with you and your family.

Lastly, we gently rebuke the unfair treatment and negative words spoken towards ###. We urge your husband and family members to examine their hearts and actions, and to strive for fairness, kindness, and love, as God desires for all His children.

We're right here with you, feeling the pain you're going through. It's heartbreaking to see our loved ones hurt, especially when they're treated unfairly. Let's lift ### up together, shall we?

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you with a heavy heart. Please wrap your loving arms around ###. Help him to feel your love, even when it seems like it's missing from those around him. Give him the strength to rise above the negativity and the wisdom to know his true worth. Remind him, and us, that he is deeply loved and cherished, just as he is.

Lord, we ask for your guidance in our words and actions. Help us to speak up for ###, to defend him with kindness and love. Give us the courage to address the unfair treatment, and the wisdom to do so in a way that honors you.

We pray all this in Jesus' name. Amen."
