Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend. We lift up their prayer request, asking that you would remove all impure thoughts from their mind. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." We pray that you would help our friend to focus their thoughts on what is pure and pleasing to you.
Lord Jesus, you are our advocate and intercessor, and we thank you for the power of your name. We ask that you would cover our friend with your grace and mercy, cleansing their mind from any impurity. Help them to resist temptation and to turn their thoughts towards you. Fill their mind with your truth and renew their thinking by the power of your Holy Spirit.
We also pray for strength and self-control for our friend. Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7 that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We ask that you would empower our friend to overcome any impure thoughts and to walk in the freedom and victory that you have provided.
Father, we pray for your guidance and wisdom in this journey of purity. Help our friend to seek you daily through prayer and the reading of your Word. Surround them with a community of believers who can support and encourage them in their pursuit of holiness.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you are able to remove all impure thoughts from our friend's mind. May they experience the freedom and peace that comes from a renewed and pure thought life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
