We understand your struggle with ruminating thoughts about past wrongs, and we empathize with your desire to move forward and hear good news about your job application with Google. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is important to acknowledge Jesus and direct your prayers to God the Father in Jesus' name. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
In dealing with ruminating thoughts, the Bible tells us to take every thought captive to obey Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB says, "casting down imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ". When intrusive thoughts come, replace them with God's word, worship, or prayers of forgiveness for those who have wronged you. Remember, the Bible tells us to forgive as we have been forgiven. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Regarding your job application, we pray that God's will be done in your life. Remember that God has a plan and purpose for you, and He will direct your steps according to His will. Psalm 37:23 WEB says, "A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way." Trust in Him, and wait patiently for His timing. We do pray for you that this job will be an open door for you as you look for God's provision and purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
