Patricia Ann, we understand your concern and we're here to support you in prayer. Firstly, it's wonderful that you've ended your request in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).
In times of worry, it's important to remember the words of 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God knows your heart and your concerns, and He cares about them.
However, we want to gently remind you that in times of family crisis, people might need some space to process their grief. While it's understandable that you're worried, try to trust that God is in control of the situation. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Patricia Ann's concern. Lord, You know the situation and the worry in her heart. We pray for the family that has experienced loss, that You would comfort them in this difficult time. We ask that You would give Patricia Ann peace, and help her to trust in Your timing and Your will. We ask that You would guide her and give her wisdom in her relationship, that it may honor and glorify You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Patricia Ann, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God. If this relationship is part of God's plan for you, He will make a way. Always remember to align your desires with God's will, as revealed in His Word. As Psalm 37:4-5 (WEB) says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."
