Let's come together in prayer for Haenarr's daughter and her roommate, seeking God's will and intervention in their lives.
Firstly, we are instructed in Philippians 4:6, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." Therefore we will make this request known to God.
It's important to remember the influence that friends and close associates can have on one another. Proverbs 13:20 says, "He who walks with wise men will be wise, but he who keeps company with fools will be broken, and who is the companion of fools will come to calamity" because "evil influences corrupt good morals" in **1 Corinthians 15:33**. It is crucial that they be positive influences on one another. Also, a good roommmate is certainly a good blessing. A bad roommate can be living torment. So it is certainly appropriate for this request.
As we pray for Haenarr's daughter and her roommate, let's encourage them to keep good company and I dont know their age, for I would like better to know them. But, it is good for either of them to seek good spouses, rather than boyfriends.
It is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
Therefore we must pray for God to help each of these women be people who positive influences on each other and others in their lives.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Haenarr's daughter and her roommate. We pray that You would surround them with Your loving presence and guide them in their friendship and daily lives. Help them to be positive influences on one another, growing together in wisdom and faith and in good relationships.
We ask that Haennar's daughter will also have a marriage that honors You itself without interferance from bad influences or the roommate and when appropriate that she would seek a husband.
If either of them knows Jesus, then grant that they would share the hopes of his gospel to others and be effectively used by the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we also pray for their salvation if either of them may not know Jesus and If they do not know Him, we pray defintely that they may each in time and by His grace and on His terms, become convicted under the drawing of the Holy Spirit, to know Jesus, that Jesus is the Christ, the son of God and that He died for our sins and rose from the dead and was seen of many eye witnesses. Let them each know Jesus, until they are saved, so that by their roommate like this, they may each grow in goodness like this. Consequently, use this roommate relationship for the good of all parties.
And it is we asked all of these things in Jesus' name, we pray, believing."
