We are truly saddened to hear about the attack on your family member and their current battle for life in the hospital. In this time of distress, we turn to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB).
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). In this time of uncertainty, put your faith in Jesus, knowing that He loves you and your family deeply.
We stand with you in prayer, agreeing together according to Matthew 18:19 (WEB), "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven." We pray in Jesus' name, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister and their family member who is fighting for their life. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, that You would heal and restore what the enemy has stolen. We pray for the doctors and nurses attending to them, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions. Comfort the family, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Draw them closer to You, Jesus, and let them experience Your love and presence in a profound way. We rebuke the spirit of death and declare life and healing in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."
In these trying times, continue to lean on the Lord and the body of Christ for support. Galatians 6:2 (WEB) tells us to "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." We are here for you, Gandmord, and we will continue to keep your family in our prayers. Please keep us updated on their progress, and let us give thanks together for the healing that is to come, as we trust in the goodness of God.
