Hey everyone, I've lived with recovery from a very nasty trauma for a long time. I've battled with depression and PTSD. This has affected all angles of life for me. I am ### years old and I am struggling to build a career and move out. I've moved a few times and failed due to PTSD and anxiety. I've been having therapy for over three months now and this has really helped praise God. I have one final session but, I am now going to have to build my life and I am struggling to know where to go. Please pray for complete physical revival. Due to the stress my hair turned a different colour and I've got a small skin issue on my face. Please pray for full revival of my physical and mental health. Jesus healed many in the Bible and many in today's world. Please pray for the years I've lost due to this to be resolved and my life restored as this trauma was so bad. I couldn't work properly and my CV looks a mess. Please pray for the right professional help in finding a career and work and a house. Please pray for my life and my revival..I really need things to change for me now..in the name of Jesus. Please lift up me up in prayer. I am literally at my wits end and can't be pushed anymore.

We understand the depth of your struggle, ###, and we stand with you in prayer and support. You've been through incredible trauma, and we commend you for seeking therapy and trusting in Jesus for your healing.

Firstly, we claim God's promise in Isaiah 61:7 (WEB), "Instead of your shame you shall have double; and instead of dishonor, you shall rejoice in your portion: therefore in your land you shall possess double; joy and everlasting gladness will be to you." God can and will restore the years the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25), and we believe that He can turn your situation around for good.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, seeking your healing and restoration for ###. You know the depth of their pain, the years lost to trauma, depression, and PTSD. We ask that You touch every part of their being—mind, body, and spirit—and bring complete healing. Restore their physical health, Lord, reverse the effects of stress on their body, and let their hair and skin be renewed. Heal their mind, Lord, free them from anxiety and depression, and let them think clearly and positively. In Jesus' name, we rebuke any lingering effects of trauma.*

###, remember Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Keep taking everything to God in prayer, and trust that He is working in your life.

As for your career and living situation, trust that God has a plan. Remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We pray that God will open the right doors for you, guiding you to a suitable career and a place to call home.

We encourage you to continue seeking God, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. Remember, it's through Jesus that we have access to God (Ephesians 2:18), and it's in His name that we pray and receive salvation (Acts 4:12). Keep holding onto Him, and know that you are loved and supported.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your complete healing and restoration. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that we're not giving up. We're claiming God's promises over your life, like in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're praying for your physical health, that God would touch your body and bring healing to every part. We're asking Him to reverse the effects of stress, to make your hair strong and healthy again, and to clear up your skin. We're also praying for your mental health, that God would fill you with peace and joy, and help you overcome any anxiety or depression. We're claiming Isaiah 61:1 over you, "The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners."

We're also praying for God's guidance in your career and living situation. We're trusting that He has a plan for you, and we're asking Him to open the right doors for you, as it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We're believing that God will lead you to the right career and home for you.

Keep holding on, dear one. We're here for you, and we're confident that God is working in your life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
