Ringing in ears

I've been doing research. I've had high frequency ringng in both ears at night. Hearing is fine. Some things say it's the spirits getting in touch. Some say a sign of a second coming. Thoughts?

The Bible warns us against seeking signs and omens (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB), and encourages us to test the spirits to see if they are from God (1 John 4:1 WEB). The idea that ringing in the ears could be spirits getting in touch or a sign of the second coming is not supported by scripture.

Jesus himself said that no one knows the day or hour of His return (Matthew 24:36 WEB), so we should be wary of any claims that suggest otherwise. Instead, let this be a reminder of preparing for His return. We must live each day in readiness and faith. The verse that applies to this is Luke 12:35-36 35 “Let your waist be dressed and your lamps burning. 36 Be like men watching for their lord, when he returns from the wedding feast; that when he comes and knocks, they may immediately open to him. That is how we should be looking for his return.
