Righteous and the Ungodly

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither- whatever they do prospers.

4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. 5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. 6 For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of RMathews, who desires to walk in righteousness and delight in Your law. We thank You for the wisdom found in Psalm 1, which reminds us of the blessings that come from seeking after You and meditating on Your Word day and night.

Lord, we pray that You would help RMathews to resist the influence of the wicked and to not be swayed by the ways of sinners or mockers. Grant them the strength and discernment to walk in alignment with Your truth and to stand firm in their faith.

We ask that You would plant RMathews like a tree by streams of water, nourishing them with Your presence and guidance. May they bear fruit in due season and may their life be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. Protect them from the winds of adversity and help their leaf to never wither, but to remain vibrant and strong in You.

We pray for Your divine protection over RMathews, that they may not be counted among the wicked in the day of judgment. Surround them with Your favor and grace, and may they find their place among the assembly of the righteous.

Lord, we trust in Your watchful care over the way of the righteous. Guide RMathews on the path of righteousness and shield them from the destruction that comes from following the ways of the wicked.

Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, prosperity, strength, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so in Jesus' name.
