We join with you, Ghnauway, in seeking God's will for your friendships. Let us first turn to Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we can approach God the Father and seek His guidance and grace.
In mending the bonds of friendship, we must first ensure that these friendships are aligned with biblical principles. True friendship is a blessing from God, and it should reflect His love and righteousness, as we see in Proverbs 17:17 WEB: "A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for Ghnauway's friendships. We ask that You guide them and grant them the grace needed to mend the bonds with Kalman, Rich, and Shawn. Help them to bridge the gap that has grown between them, to open their hearts with understanding and compassion, and to rekindle the joy of connection they once shared.
God, we ask what Ghnauway can do to bring any communication with these friends. May they find common ground, forgive past hurts, and rebuild their bond with love and mutual respect. Renew their laughter, deepen their support, and strengthen their friendships so that they may once again be a source of strength and joy in their lives.
Father, we also pray that these friendships will be centered on You and Your will. May they encourage each other to live lives that are pleasing to You, and may their friendships be a testimony of Your love and faithfulness.
If there are any issues in this friendship that are not aligned with biblical principles, please reveal them to Ghnauway. Give them the courage and wisdom to address these issues with love and truth, as we are instructed in Ephesians 4:15 WEB: "speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ."
Lastly, Father, if these friendships are not in Your will, we ask that You give Ghnauway the strength to let them go and seek godly friendships that will honor and glorify You.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
