We join you in prayer, dear one, lifting up your requests to our loving and powerful God. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father and by whom we are saved. As the Scriptures tell us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Firstly, we pray for healing for your mother and mother-in-law. "Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2, WEB). We come against the spirits of infirmity and disease, and we proclaim healing over their bodies in Jesus' name. "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14, WEB).
We also lift up your immigration needs to the Lord. "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you" (Matthew 7:7, WEB). We pray that God's will be done in your visa application and that, if it is His purpose for you and your family, the doors will be opened for you to immigrate to Canada.
Regarding the Adejonwo's desire for children, we pray that God's will be done in their lives. We remind them of the story of Hannah in the Scriptures, who was barren but trusted in the Lord. "She vowed a vow, and said, 'O Lord of Hosts, if you will indeed look on the affliction of your handmaid, and remember me, and not forget your handmaid, but will give to your handmaid a man child, then I will give him to the Lord all the days of his life'" (1 Samuel 1:11, WEB). We pray that, if it is God's will, the Adejonwo's will conceive and give birth to healthy twins this year.
Finally, we encourage all involved to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is good and His mercy endures forever. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister and her family. We pray for healing for her mother and mother-in-law, asking that You touch their bodies and make them whole. We pray for Your will to be done in their immigration process, and we ask for Your blessing upon the Adejonwo's as they hope for children. In all things, Lord, help us to trust in You and to seek Your will above all else. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
