Gignauo, we are glad to hear that you have decided to return to church and draw closer to God. It is true that God is the only one who can solve these problems, and we commend you for recognizing this. As it is written in Matthew 11:28 WEB, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. In John 14:27 WEB Jesus said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Firstly, we want to address the issue of medication and psychiatric help. While we believe that God is the ultimate healer, we also recognize that God can use doctors and medicine to bring about healing. It is not a sign of lack of faith to seek medical help. As it is written in Isaiah 38:21 WEB, Isaiah had said, Let them take a cake of figs, and lay it for a plaster on the boil, and he shall recover. In this verse, God uses a simple remedy to bring about healing.
However, we must also address the spiritual aspects of what you are experiencing. The Bible is clear that we are engaged in a spiritual battle, as it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
The strange experiences you are having, such as feeling like people are following you, strange smells, and seeing and hearing spirits, could be a result of this spiritual battle. It is important to remember that God has given us authority over these spirits, as it is written in Luke 10:19 WEB, Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you.
We encourage you to pray against these experiences and command them to leave in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We also encourage you to seek out the support of your church community. As it is written in Galatians 6:2 WEB, Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up Gignauo. We thank you that they have decided to draw closer to you and seek your help for the experiences they have been having. We pray that you would give them wisdom and discernment as they navigate these experiences, and that you would give them peace and protection. We command any evil spirits that may be causing these experiences to leave in the name of Jesus. We ask that you would surround Gignauo with your love and peace, and that you would guide them as they seek to grow closer to you. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
