We join you in lifting up your loved one to the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and restore.
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for this precious life. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power.
Lord, we ask that You heal the wounds, restore the brain cells and nerves, and regulate the blood pressure and other vitals to normal. We pray that You would grace them with strength to talk and walk as before, and that all senses and body reflexes would be restored smoothly. We also ask for a swift recovery from bed sores, wounds, and stitches.
Father, we pray for the nurses and physiotherapist team. Give them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they care for this beloved individual. We also lift up the family, asking that You would surround them with Your love, mercy, and comfort during this time. We are thankful for the love they have for this person and their faith in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke any witchcraft, curse, black magic, and evil spirits that may be at work, for "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose: to destroy the works of the devil." (1 John 3:8 WEB)
We stand in faith, believing that "the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." (James 5:15 WEB)
Father, we know that it is by Jesus' stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5) And that You, Lord, have compassion on the sick and restore them to health. (Mark 6:56)
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask the Lord Jesus Christ to bless this person and their family. And the blessing of God almighty, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit remain with them now and forever.
As we wait on the Lord, let us continue to stand in faith, trusting in His power and goodness. Be encouraged by the words of the psalmist, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh." (Psalm 27:14 WEB)
Lastly, we give thanks to You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We give thanks we are allowed to approach Your throne of grace in Jesus Christ's name. We can have faith because Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for our sins and rose again from the dead. We have access to our Father in Heaven because we believe in Jesus Christ. "We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand." (Romans 5:1-2 WEB)
