Return of money I got scammed out of

Dear God, I got scammed not once but twice. I want to believe there is good in all people but I have been deceived. I lost 80,000 dollars the first time. Yhe second time I lost 250 thousand at least and some very sentimental jewelery, all for a bogus sweepstakes. I went into counseling to figure out 2hy I I did what I did. I never thought I would be that stupid but I was at a bad point in my life and I believed that I had actually won a prize. It was all a big joke on me. Help me please forgive myself and let it go but also God please help me regain my money back so I can pay everyone I owe monet to and still have some retirement money. I beg you for the ability to tell the difference between people honestly needing help and those trying to rip me off. Thank younLord for keeping me safe and allowing me to be part of you family. Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in God, as indicated by your closing words in Jesus' name. It's crucial to remember that our help comes from the Lord, as Psalm 121:2 reminds us: "My help comes from WEB. He who made heaven and earth."

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our brother/sister before you, asking for your comfort and guidance in this trying time. Lord, they have been deceived and suffered tremendous loss, but we know that nothing is too big for you to redeem. We ask, Lord, that you would help them to forgive themselves, just as you have forgiven them. Guide them to discernment, that they may distinguish between the genuinely needy and those who seek to exploit them.

Lord, we also pray for the restoration of their finances. We know that you are a God of abundance and that you care about our needs. Please provide for them, so that they may pay their debts and secure their future. In Proverbs 3:9-10, you tell us to 'honor WEB with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase: so shall your barns be filled with plenty, and your presses shall burst out with new wine.' Help them to honor you with what they have, and trust that you will provide.

Lastly, Lord, we thank you for keeping them safe and for welcoming them into your family. May they continue to grow in your love and wisdom.

Additionally, we encourage you to be patient and trust God's timing. Romans 12:12 says, "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation. Continue steadfastly in prayer." Keep praying and trusting God, and remember that He can work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Regarding your discernment, seek God's wisdom. James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and upbraids not; and it will be given him."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to be open about your testimony. What the enemy meant for evil, God can use for good. Your story might serve as a cautionary tale and help others avoid similar pitfalls. Keep trusting in God, and remember that He is always with you.
