Disciple of Prayer
Dear Sirs, I am ### from India. I would like to make a special request to each one reading this petition to pray fervently to The Lord Jesus, and God Almighty of Israel, to miraculously grant me this favour and wish.
In 2020 I went to a Real Estate Agent named Mr. ### ### alias ### and his wife Mrs. ### ###, along with my family, to lease an apartment in ###, India, to stay there due to its good weather and numerous benefits.
We paid Rs.### for a 3-year lease for a 2 BHK apartment. This amount would be refundable after the completion of the signed contract. The owner of the apartment was another party. We lived happily there for 3 months after which we got information from a neighbour who leased an apartment from the same Real Estate Agent, who they said has closed his office, switched off his phones and vanished.
I made a legal case in August 2021 against him to refund the money. He was summoned around 12 times to attend court since then but he had not appeared in court at all.
I am very depressed and broken down with this loss of money. The police and the legal system is known to be very corrupt in India and no action against the culprit has yet been taken. I request you all to pray hard to the Lord that he may change the mind of this Agent from his cheating behaviour and return my money as early as possible.
The next summons for him to appear in the Criminal court in ### is on 6th December 2023. Please intercede to the Lord that the Agent may come and attend the court and return my very much needed money since I am a heart patient. Thank you, and God bless you all. ###.
