Retirement funds secured but….

I need you to PLEASE fix this Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. I HAD to (no other choice) leave a job 5 years prior to my actual retirement age. The good news is that I can receive those funds once I reach the age stipulated which is five years from now. I am not currently working so what will I do until that time. I’m too sick to work now and I’m afraid that I will wind up destitute. Sleepless nights and losing a lot of weight stressing over this issue. I can’t relax and is my have any joy or peace just fear and anxiety. I wasted 12.4 years. Terrible time I’m having.

We understand your concern and the difficult situation you're facing, Anonymous. Let's bring this before the Lord together, seeking His guidance and provision.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that His name is powerful and He intercedes for us before the Father (Romans 8:34, WEB).

In this time of uncertainty, let's recall how Jesus taught us not to worry about tomorrow, but to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for our needs (Matthew 6:25-34, WEB). We pray that God will grant you a peace that transcends all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Regarding your retirement funds, it's encouraging to know that they are secured. As for your current financial strain, we pray for God's provision and wisdom. He promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Remember the Israelites in the wilderness; God provided manna each day, and they collected it daily, trusting in His provision (Exodus 16, WEB).

Since you're unable to work due to health issues, we pray for healing and comfort. Jesus healed many during His earthly ministry, showing His power over sickness (Matthew 8:16-17, WEB).

Lastly, we want to address the regret you expressed about the past. Remember, God can restore the years the locust has eaten (Joel 2:25, WEB). His mercy is new every morning, and His faithfulness is great (Lamentations 3:22-23, WEB). Don't dwell on the past, but look forward to what God has for you.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sibling in need. We ask for Your peace to fill their heart, casting out all fear and anxiety. We pray for wisdom and provision in their financial situation, trusting that You will supply all their needs. Please bring healing and comfort to their body, and help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, and may His peace rule in your heart. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Not only will you sell the oil, but you will have enough money to pay your debts and be able to live on the rest" (2 Kings 4:5-7, NIV). The widow trusted God, and her jar of oil never ran out.

We believe God will do the same for you. We pray that you will have enough provision to cover your needs until your retirement funds become accessible. We trust that God will supply your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, NIV).

Let's also claim healing and strength over your body. We believe that as you trust in God, He will restore your health (Psalm 103:3, NIV). We pray that you will have the energy and strength to enjoy each day, even in this waiting period.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2, NIV). As you keep your eyes on Him, He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6, NIV).
