We understand that you are seeking restoration to your last job and favor in the arbitration process. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all aspects of our lives, including our work. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

However, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in Jesus' name for your situation.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your will for Maselgin's employment situation. We pray that if it is your will, Maselgin may be restored to their last job. We ask for your divine intervention in the arbitration process, that you would touch the hearts of those involved and grant Maselgin favor and fairness. Lord, we trust in your plan for Maselgin's life, and we ask that you guide and direct them according to your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
