This is a post that raised some issues that need to be addressed including inappropriate content and some theology issues.
First, we can't use the name of God or Jesus to request things that are not aligned with holiness. We are not to use Christian words and the name of God to to simply ask for material things. We ought to come to God with a humble heart, seeking His will and His glory, not treating Him like a vending machine. Prayer is about aligning our hearts with God's will, not bending His will to our desires. As it says in:
1 John 5:14
"This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us."
Second, Though the post does mention Jesus, it certainly is not in a way that is defined by a relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout the Bible, we are told to live according to God's will, not our own. We are to seek His kingdom and His righteousness first, and then He will provide for us according to His will.
Posting commercial content, product endorsements (like Netflix), and solicitations (Saying you want a laptop and Phone) is not allowed. We are always to make sure that we are not wrongly focused on material things.
Matthew 6:33 βBut seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." And 1 Timothy 6: 9-10 "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a trap and snare, and many foolish and harmful desires which plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil."
We are to be content, thankful, and appreciative of having basic needs met. We are not given to request specific material things.
As the apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 , "Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am."
We are to be content if God allows us to have a job (but it is not a guarantee) be thankful for it. We are be thankful for a place to stay/live and not be demanding of God exactly what we want.
We suggest repenting of these attitudes and previous statements.
We pray for 'Anonymous' that they will come with a heart of humility and a pleasing aroma to God. We pray we are sensitive to the Holy Spirit and lean into Him. We pray that we wisely ask for things that are aligned to His will. We pray that we exhibit thankfulness and contentment. We Pray for our hearts to be aligned with those of the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:11-12 "Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.
I know how to be humble, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need."
We pray that there will be a heart of humility one that pleases God. We pray In Jesus' name.
