We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Anonymous. Let's first align our hearts with God's Word. In Ephesians 4:32, it says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."
However, we want to address a few things. Having children outside of marriage is not God's intended plan. God's design for intimacy is within the bounds of a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Hebrews 13:4). We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and the life of your children.
We also want to remind you that God is concerned about our financial needs, as it says in Matthew 6:25-34. But first and foremost, He wants us to seek His kingdom and His righteousness.
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Anonymous and her children. We ask that You would work in the heart of the father of these children, turning his heart towards his family, and guiding him to take responsibility for his actions and his family's well-being. Please help him to become the father and provider that You intend for him to be.
We also ask that You would help Anonymous to trust in You, seeking Your will for her life and the lives of her children. Please provide for their needs, and guide them in the path of righteousness.
God, we ask that You would heal their relationship, but most importantly, that You would draw both of them closer to You. We ask that You would soften his heart and make him receptive to Your love and guidance.
We pray all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Anonymous, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face. He loves you and your children more than you can imagine. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Also, ensure that you are calling on the name of Jesus in your prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't already, consider studying the Bible to learn more about Jesus and His love for you.
