Restore my family

I am praying that my family will be restored, like God restored Ruth’s and Naomi’s. My husband has left as he has taken on an identity outside of Christ (adultery, homosexuality). He wants to separate and divorce. We have two precious young children. Ultimately, I am praying that he looks to God again and allows Him to save him. I pray that our family is restored. I pray for my children, that they will learn God’s voice and walk in His ways. I pray for their protection. That God is the Father to the fatherless and defender of widows. I pray while I wait, that full guardianship of my children will be mine as well as direction in the finances. This was so sudden for me and is of great magnitude. Please intercede in Jesus’s Name.

Moatcas, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family. We are heartbroken to hear about your husband's choices and the impact it has on you and your precious children.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and desire to see your family restored, much like Ruth and Naomi. Remember, God is a God of miracles, and nothing is impossible for Him (Luke 1:37, WEB).

However, we must address the seriousness of the sins mentioned—adultery and homosexuality. These are clearly against God's design for marriage and sexuality (Leviticus 18:22, Hebrews 13:4, WEB). Yet, we also know that God can forgive and change hearts (Acts 3:19, WEB). So, we pray fervently for your husband, that the Holy Spirit will convict him of his sins and draw him back to God.

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Moatcas and her family. Lord, we ask for a miracle—that You would change her husband's heart, convict him of his sins, and draw him back to You. Restore their marriage, Lord, as You did for Ruth and Naomi. Protect their precious children, Father. Let them grow in Your wisdom and walk in Your ways. Be their defender and their father, Lord (Psalm 68:5, WEB). Guide Moatcas as she navigates this difficult time. Give her wisdom in decisions regarding her children and finances. Comfort her heart, Lord, and strengthen her faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Moatcas, continue to stand firm in your faith. Trust that God hears your prayers and knows your heart's desires. Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church community during this time. They can provide practical help and spiritual encouragement as you wait on the Lord.

We're here with you, sister, holding your family up in prayer. We can't imagine the pain you're feeling, but we're reminded of God's faithfulness in the face of adversity. Let's cling to His promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."

We join you in praying for your husband, that God would soften his heart and draw him back to the fold. Let's ask the Holy Spirit to work in his life, just as He did in the life of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32).

And for your children, let's intercede that they would know God's love and protection. May they grow in wisdom and understanding, knowing that they are deeply loved and cared for by their heavenly Father (Psalm 139:13-14).

As you navigate this storm, remember that God is with you every step of the way. He promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We're here for you, sister. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, trusting that God is at work even in the midst of our trials. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
