Let us first remind you of God's intention for marriage: "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." (Mark 10:9 WEB). Marriage is a sacred union designed to reflect the unconditional love between Christ and His church.
We encourage you to seek God’s will and wisdom during this difficult time. In prayer, turn to Him for strength and guidance. "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Let us pray for you and Chris:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Wynweth and Chris to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, we know that You desire unity and love between husbands and wives. Restore their relationship, heal their hearts, and guide them back to each other in a way that honors You.
Father, give Wynweth the strength and faith to trust in You during this time. Comfort her heart and provide her with the wisdom she needs. Help Chris to see the value of their marriage and to seek restoration. We declare that no weapon formed against their union will prosper. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Wynweth, continue to pray fervently for your marriage. Remember, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." (James 5:16b WEB). Trust that God can mend what is broken and restore what seems lost.
