We join you, Crkuyhill, in lifting up your requests to our loving and merciful Father in heaven. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Mark 10:47-52 WEB, where He healed Bartimaeus, the blind man, saying, "Go your way. Your faith has made you well." We believe that Jesus is still performing miracles today, and we stand with you in faith for your brother's sight to be restored.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up Crkuyhill's brother. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and touch him, restoring his sight in Jesus' name. We claim Your promise in Matthew 21:22 WEB, "All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." We believe that You are able and willing to perform this miracle.
Concerning the scammed money, we are reminded in Proverbs 6:30-31 WEB, "People don not despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry; but if he is found, he shall restore seven times; he shall give all the wealth of his house." We know that God is a God of justice, and He will not let the wicked go unpunished. However, we also need to remember that God calls us to forgive as He has forgiven us. Ephesians 4:32 WEB says, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
We pray that the person who scammed you will repent and turn to God, and that they will make restitution. We also pray that you will find peace and forgiveness in your heart. We ask that God will provide for you according to His riches in glory, and that He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB. We also pray that you will be led by the Spirit and that you would use your resources wisely and in a way that honors God.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to pray in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. Acts 4:12 WEB says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Keep trusting in Him, and keep calling on His name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
