Skenamai, we join you in your praise and thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for His goodness and mercy. It is wonderful to see your heart overflowing with gratitude for God's protection, provision, and salvation. We are reminded of the scripture in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." It is indeed God's will that we cultivate a heart of thankfulness, and you are a beautiful example of this.
We also appreciate that you acknowledged the Holy Spirit's role in guiding, teaching, and giving wisdom and understanding. This is crucial as Jesus told His disciples in John 14:26, "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my holy name is He who will teach all things." The Holy Spirit is our helper, comforter, and guide, and we should always be mindful of His presence in our lives.
We are challenging you to think of others and pray for them just as you pray for yourself. Many people out their are hurting. They don't have a house. They don't have children. They don't have the great life that you are experiencing. We must not forget to ask God how we can help and bless them. And ask God what thing he wants us to be grateful for.
Now, let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sibling Skenamai. We are thankful as Skenamai is for the wonderful things You have done, are doing, and will be doing as Your word says in Ephesians 3:20, 'You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think'. We are constantly reminded that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and Your love endures forever. We pray that Skenamai may continue to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Keep Skenamai safe from spiritual attacks and help Skenamai with all spiritual growth and needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We are blessed to have witnessed your heart of gratitude and we encourage you to continually cultivate this spirit. Don't forget to help and pray for others also, Be in peace. and remember this message of how to believe in the only begotten Savior.
Only believe is a common statement in the bible. The only thing that God wants us to do is believe. He loves us and wants us to love him. Jesus dying on the cross and bodily raising from the dead three days later is the demonstration of that love for us. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation of the Christian faith. God also showed how much he loves us by sending prophets to tell us the Messiah, the Savior, was coming and what he would do. There are over 300 prophecies describing the Messiah and Jesus fulfilled them all. We have to choose to believe and to do this is to obey the Gospel. Let each of us put on the whole armor of God and give the good news. By this Gospel you are saved, if you hold firmly to the word I preached to you. Otherwise, you have believed in vain. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. The Bible says that if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. And be assured that God has raised this Jesus to life again, and of that we are all witnesses.
