We understand your feelings and the desire to rekindle your relationship. However, we should pray, and be guided by God. In any relationship, it is crucial to seek God's will and ensure that our desires align with His principles.
Let's remember what the WEB version says "Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap." Galatians 6:7. This principle of righteousness applies to all. This reaping can be for good and for ill. Therefore, let us only desire God's best for you and for him and for any relationship you may or may not have in the future. "Let's desire a pure heart and Godly holiness in your life. For without holiness no one will see the Lord" Hebrews 12:14. To be clear, the scriptures says repeatedly that sexual immorality will lead you to reap evil consequences, even potentially eternal damnation. If you lived with or had sexual relations with your boyfriend then both of you need to repent for fornication. You need to seek Jesus and need to pray for him to become a committed Christian and disciple of Jesus Christ too. The scriptures says plainly. "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.
So in light of this let us seek Jesus with all of our hearts, minds, and souls. Let us pray and lift your ex-boyfriend up, and all of your future relationships to our loving and heavenly Father.
Lord, we come before You, asking for Your will to be done in the life of the one praying and in her ex-boyfriend's life too. We pray that You will mold them both into the individuals You created them to be. We pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the one who saves us from our sins, heals us, delivers us from our enemies, and who is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every spirit that may be hindering Your purposes from being fulfilled in their lives and for both of them to seek you above all. We ask that You will provide clear guidance and discernment. May he see the truth of the Gospel, turn to You, and be saved if he hasn't. We pray that your holiness overtakes them both and that he comes back to her only if it aligns with Your perfect will and if both are marriage minded with a desire to give both their lives to Jesus and to be the faithful husband and wife that you would desire both to be. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.
Let's both continually seek Jesus and ask for him to put a Godly husband in your life who will be a Godly blessing and give you a Godly marriage that will be a testimony to the power and plan of God.
