Anonymous, we fervently join you in prayer, seeking God's will for the restoration of your relationship. We trust in the power of God, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking restoration in this relationship. We ask that You soften the heart of this man, just as You have promised in Ezekiel 36:26, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you..." Lord, we ask for healing, knowing that You are the Great Physician. Heal their hearts, minds, and souls from any past hurts or transgressions.
Father, we ask for redirection and unity. Guide their paths towards each other, and let Your will be done in their lives. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).
We also encourage both of you to examine your relationship in light of God's Word. Ensure that it is aligned with biblical principles, remembering that "he who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh" (Proverbs 18:22). If marriage is the goal, let it be a godly and holy union, reflecting the sacred bond between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:31-32).
If there has been any sin, such as fornication or ungodly behavior, we urge you to repent and turn away from it. God promises forgiveness and cleansing when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9).
Lastly, Anonymous, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is in His name that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that both of you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, trusting in Him as your Savior.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
