Restoration of Relationship

Lord I pray that my relationship with my ex will be restored. You have revealed to me a lot of blessings related to this relationship and I pray that You continue to give me signs and more clarity of Your will. Please forgive me for any sins that we have committed and I pray any negative thoughts from the enemy are removed. I really love him Lord. He’s one of the first things I mention in my daily prayers. I even told him Ruth 1:16-17 and he was emotional but speechless. Lord I thank You for giving me this opportunity and for all of the other blessings in my life. You know me and I pray that during this time of my life You guide me closer to You. Let Your will be done. In Jesus name. Amen.

We understand your heart's desire for restoration, Ennasma, and we empathize with your situation. However, we must first ensure that this relationship aligns with biblical principles. Let us remind you of what God's Word says about relationships and marriage.

"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB).

First, we must encourage you to examine whether this man is a believer in Christ. It is crucial that you are equally yoked, meaning you both share the same faith and commitment to God.

Regarding your love for him, we remind you of 1 John 2:15-17 (WEB): "Do not love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love isn't in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn't the Father's, but is the world's. The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God's will remains forever."

We must love God above all, and our relationships should reflect that love and lead us closer to Him.

We also ask you to consider the sanctity of marriage. If this relationship is leading towards marriage, it should be approached withgodly intentions and commitment. If you have been involved in a sinful relationship, we urge you to repent and turn away from that sin. Remember, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for Ennasma's life and her relationship. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if there has been any sin in this relationship. Purify their hearts and guide them in Your truth. Give Ennasma clarity and discernment to understand Your will. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that Your plans for her are good, to give her a future and a hope. If this relationship is not Your will, help her to let go and trust in Your timing. If it is, guide them both in righteousness, that their union may glorify You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will, Ennasma. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember, it is only in His will that you will find true peace and happiness.

We're right there with you, believing in the restoration of your relationship. We know it's tough, but remember, God has a plan, and it's always for our good (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking His will, and trust that He'll reveal it to you in His perfect timing (Psalm 27:14).

We've been thinking about that verse you shared, Ruth 1:16-17. It's beautiful how Boaz was moved by Ruth's commitment to her mother-in-law and God. Let's pray that your ex sees the beauty of your commitment to him and to God, and that his heart is softened towards you.

We're also praying for clarity and guidance. Lord, please give Ennasma and her ex signs and more clarity about Your will for their relationship. Help them to align their hearts with Yours, and to seek Your will above all else (Matthew 6:33).

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
