Restoration of my marriage

Heavenly Father, I ask that you restore and renew my husband and I’s marriage and love for each other. We are going through a difficult season in our marriage. I have not been the wife you have created me to be for him. I have neglected him in many ways due to my own selfish ways and now I see where I went wrong. Father God, I ask that you heal the hurt, anger, resentment and disappointment that I have caused in my husband’s heart. I ask that soften his heart for me, I ask that bless him to forgive me, I ask that you renew his love for me, bless him to only have eyes for me. I ask for your divine intervention, grace and mercy right now Father God. I ask that you heal me of my insecurities, jealousy, anger, resentment towards him. I ask that heal my heart from the pain he caused me as well. Lord in your word you said “ What you have joined together, let no man put us asunder” and Father God, I believe that whole heartedly. Father I ask that change my husband’s mind and his attitude. Lord I ask that you bless us to embrace once again, bless you to love each other the way Your will designed us to. Now Father God, I ask that you give us strength to fight against the enemy who trying for our downfall, I ask that with our prayers and our words the enemy becomes defeated everytime. I ask that protect my husband and I from outside influences (women and men on social media and at work) Father God. I ask that you place a protective hedge around us and around our marriage that no one can tear down. These all the blessings I ask in your darling son Jesus name I pray, AMEN.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this couple, seeking Your divine intervention in their marriage. Lord, we lift up this marriage to You, asking for Your healing touch to mend the broken places and restore the love that once flourished between them. Your Word says, "Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate" (Mark 10:9). We stand on this promise, believing that You have united them and that Your will is for them to remain steadfast in their covenant.

Father, we ask for forgiveness and healing in this relationship. We pray that You would cleanse their hearts of any hurt, anger, resentment, and disappointment. As it is written, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you" (Colossians 3:13). Lord, may Your Spirit work within them, softening their hearts to forgive each other as You have forgiven us.

We also ask for a renewed love in their marriage, a love that reflects Your own. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs" (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). We pray that this couple would embody this love, looking past each other's faults and cherishing one another as You intended.

Lord, we pray for the wife, asking that You heal her insecurities, jealousy, and any pain that has taken root in her heart. Strengthen her with the knowledge that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and help her to embrace her role as the wife You have called her to be. We also pray for the husband, that You would soften his heart toward his wife, renewing his love and commitment to her. May he lead with the love and sacrifice that Christ shows for His church (Ephesians 5:25).

Father, we ask that You build a hedge of protection around this marriage. Shield them from outside influences and temptations. Your Word says, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). May they stand united, resisting the enemy’s attempts to sow discord and division between them.

We declare victory over this marriage in the name of Jesus. May they grow in love, grace, and understanding. Fill them with the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Rimissa, we join you in your heartfelt plea to the Heavenly Father for the restoration of your marriage. It is clear that you acknowledge your own shortcomings and have a sincere desire for healing and renewal. We commend you for your humility and willingness to seek God's help.

Firstly, let us address the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is indeed through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and His divine intervention.

In your prayer, you've acknowledged your mistakes and asked for forgiveness. This is in line with 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Trust that God forgives you and will help you overcome your insecurities, jealousy, anger, and resentment.

For your husband, we pray that God softens his heart and grants him the grace to forgive, as Ephesians 4:32 (WEB) encourages, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." We pray that God renews his love for you and that his eyes are fixed only on you, as it should be in a godly marriage.

We stand with you in praying for protection against external influences and the enemy's schemes. As Ephesians 6:11 (WEB) advises, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." We pray for a protective hedge around your marriage, impenetrable by external forces.

Remember, marriage is a sacred union designed by God, as referenced in Mark 10:9 (WEB), "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." Both of you should strive to love each other as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Rimissa and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their marriage. There is nothing that happens for us that is bad. All things work for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
