If you happened to be living fornicatiously with more than 1 girl friend as a habit, then that would be knowingly being involved in sexual immorality. Sexual immorality of that kind would be mentioned in 1 Corinthians 6 on what defiles the body.
We encourage you to seek God's forgiveness and turn away from any behavior that does not line up with His word in line with godly relationship. Christ followers are to pursue purity and holiness in all areas of their lives, including relationships.
It will be very difficult to fight the battle to restore your male power without God's help. If you lack forgiveness from God for any reason such as sexual impurity, any other sin, or even something else all together, the principal of John 9:31 we must be heard by God in order to be hearable. 1 John 3:22 indicates that having no forgiveness of sin causes these two issues 1) your prayers are hindered and 2) you do receive what you ask for. In this case you will not receive the Male Power.
The other principle of being heard by God is that you have to come to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. John 14:13 Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Notice: the request has to be in the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is the only acceptable representation to the throne of God. Anything else such as any 3 letter acronyms in your prayers will not suffice. The Holy Spirit knows from your thoughts and prayers whether you know Jesus Christ.
Balancing this with John 9:31 We know that God doesn't listen to sinners, but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does his will, he listens to him. Quit your sin and turn to Jesus. Not only ask for your Male Power to be restored, but do it in the name of Jesus. If you have not been baptized into Jesus, then your first and most immediate step is to get baptized into Christ in the name of Jesus. Put your faith in Jesus alone in the name of Jesus.
If God's blessings do not appear to be being poured out into your life, part of the problem could be to check your tithing. If you are not tithing then you are living under a financial curse. Everyone is in the sin of robbing God if they do not return the 10 percent tithe on the gross of everything they earn. God tests his people to see if they are paying the 10 percent tithe. God defines it as 10 percent, so you cannot pay him a different amount instead. God gave Adam, the first man, work. The first job ever given to mankind was gardening. If you grow something, then God informed Cain that 10 percent needed to be returned to God. If you are paid in cash, then God expects payment in cash until you exchange cash for a different form of compensation. God expects you to account for this in each and every English word describing the kind of sin of robbing God. See well described in Malachi 3.6-11. The faithful will pay the 10 percent tithe.
Even as we acknowledge and work out sins by turning away from them, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness when we confess our sins. 1 John 1:9

Many ailments in the Bible will not be resolved until the evil spirit leaves. The Bible records this happening to Aaron when he lost his sons.
The misery came again to Aaron in that an evil spirit departed from before Jehovah, to slay him.
Again it will be best if you are baptized in the name of Jesus to cast away all your sins and be the new Creature in Christ. In Christ alone your past errors, sins are resolved. God loves you and your transgressions are departed from you and no longer held against you. A new life can begin.

God in Heaven, We come boldly to your throne through the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We praise You for Your goodness and mercy. We have a prayer request for one of Your children.
Lord, this person is asking for a lot. Such as to restore his manhood, have children, restore a relationship with His girl friend. But God, you know the heart and you know the level of unrighteousness this person has attained. We want you to come with healing, deliverance, and forgiveness. God convict this person. The root cause does not seem to be simple to identify. The enemy may have brought a hundred curses upon him for any variety of things. God Save This Person. Come in the name of Jesus and set this poor victim free from unrighteousness and sexual perversion. We confess that we do not know all the vile wickedness this person has committed. God test us and show us the way to you. Father we submit our will in Jesus name.
Call upon God with repentance, sobriety, asking for forgiveness and you should be on the road to becoming righteous and having your prayers answered.
