Firstly, let's remember what God's word says about marriage in Ephesians 5:22-33 (WEB): "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body... Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Each one of you is to love his own wife even as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw both of them closer to You, that their marriage may be a testimony of Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
