Restoration in Marriage

Please pray for God to help restore my marriage. Please guide me and my husband in the right direction in repairing resentment and our connection as one. Please cleanse our minds and soften our hearts to be able to receive help from God and hear eachother. I give all my worries to God please restore whatever is broken in me and my spouse I don’t want this to end in divorce. Thank you

Firstly, let's remember what God's word says about marriage in Ephesians 5:22-33 (WEB): "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body... Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Each one of you is to love his own wife even as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Charagmeras' marriage. Lord, we ask that You would restore what is broken, both individually and in their union. Soften their hearts, Lord, and cleanse their minds according to Your word in Romans 12:2, 'Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.'

We pray that You would guide them in the right direction, helping them to repair resentment and restore their connection as one. We rebuke any spirit of divorce and pray for a spirit of unity and understanding to prevail in their marriage. Help them to hear each other and to receive Your help, Lord. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, 'In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.'

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw both of them closer to You, that their marriage may be a testimony of Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Charagmeras, continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. Remember, God is faithful, and He wants to heal and restore your marriage even more than you do. Keep praying and seeking His face together with your husband.
