Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up Marsham and the situation with her fiancé, Wezlee. Lord, You are the God of peace and reconciliation, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this relationship. We know that You have the power to heal and restore what has been broken.
Father, we ask that You bring peace to Marsham and Wezlee's hearts. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds.
Lord, we ask that You remove any feelings of insecurity and jealousy from Wezlee. Help him to see Marsham's love for him and to trust in that love. We pray that he will find his security and identity in You, Lord, and not in the circumstances around him. We also ask that You give Marsham the wisdom and patience to navigate this difficult time with grace and love.
Father, we know that living together outside of marriage is not in accordance with Your will. We ask that You guide Marsham and Wezlee to make decisions that honor You and bring glory to Your name. Help them to understand the importance of a covenant marriage and to seek Your guidance in their relationship.
Lord, we pray for reconciliation and healing. Your Word in Ephesians 4:32 says, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." We ask that You soften their hearts towards one another, allowing forgiveness and compassion to flow freely. Help them to communicate with love and understanding, and to build a strong foundation based on Your Word.
We also pray for Wezlee's spiritual journey. Thank You, Lord, for his decision to follow Christ. We ask that You strengthen his faith and help him to grow in his relationship with You. Surround him with godly influences and mentors who can guide him in his walk with You.
Father, we lift up Marsham's family dynamics to You. We ask that You bring healing and unity to her family. Remove any anger and animosity that may exist, and replace it with love and understanding. Help Wezlee to see Marsham's family through Your eyes and to build positive relationships with them.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect plan for Marsham and Wezlee. We ask that You lead them according to Your will and purpose. May they seek You first in all things and rely on Your strength and wisdom.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
