Anonymous, we understand your concern and we're here to pray and offer guidance. First, we want to remind you of the scripture, For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many. The greatest in the kingdom is the servant. Servitude is important as Christians. Also, God has called us to live in peace and unity with others as far as it depends on us. And we know, Do all things without murmurings and disputings so that you may be blameless and innocent children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world.
While it's important to communicate openly with your roommate about your needs, it's also crucial to approach this situation with patience and understanding. God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and that includes our roommates.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus, we lift up Anonymous and their roommate to You. We ask for wisdom, and self control to abound in the Holy Spirit for Anonymous. We also pray for Anonymous and their roommate to love one another in the Holy Spirit and peacefully approach this situation. If it is your will, Lord, allow the roommate to have more grace and courtesy for their roommate to allow them to rest and sleep better. Lord Jesus, give them an opportunity to show your love to one another. Thank you Lord Jesus for our salvation, amen."
We also encourage you to talk to your roommate openly and respectfully about your sleep needs. Use this opportunity to show the love of Christ and find a compromise that works for both of you. Be conscious of their schedule as well. Remember, Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God our Father. Jesus said that He is the way, the truth and the life.
