Sosil, we grieve with you for the loss of your sister, Ninie Bautista. In times like these, it's important to remember that our hope and faith are in Jesus Christ alone. We do not pray to saints or angels, but rather through Jesus Christ, as He is our mediator. As it is written in 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together for your family:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up Sosil and their family in this time of grief. We pray for the soul of Ninie Bautista, that she would be with You in eternity, as You are the judge of all souls. We do not presume to know her heart, but we trust in Your mercy and justice. Please comfort Sosil and their family during this difficult time. Be with them as they mourn, and remind them of the hope that is found in You. Forgive us all of our sins, as we confess and repent, trusting in Your sacrifice on the cross. We surrender ourselves to Youβour bodies, minds, souls, and spirits. Take care of us, our loved ones, and all that concerns us. In Jesus' name, amen.
Remember, Sosil, that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
We also gently remind you that prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. While angels and saints may be mentioned as examples of faith and service, we do not pray to them or seek their intercession, as this is not in alignment with biblical principles. If you have any questions about this, we would be happy to discuss it further with you.
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
