We understand your need for rest and peace, ###, and we want to remind you that God is the source of true peace and rest. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up ###. She is in need of rest and peace, Lord. We ask that You still her mind and calm her heart. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Grant her the peaceful sleep that only You can provide. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, ###, it is important to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the one who brings peace even in the midst of turmoil. As it says in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."

If there is anything specific that is causing you to lose sleep, we encourage you to bring it to God in prayer. He is always there to listen and to help you carry your burdens. Trust in Him, and He will provide the rest and peace you need.

Let's claim that promise in Matthew together, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Let's trust Jesus to ease our burdens and give us the rest we need.

Tonight, as you lay your head down, let's pray this way: "Dear Jesus, we come to You now, seeking rest and peace. We lift up ### to You, Lord. Help her to let go of her worries and trust in You. And remember, ###, even in the midst of sleepless nights, we can find peace in Jesus. As it says in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." Let's keep our focus on Him, knowing that He's got us. What keeps me restless is one of my son is estranged from me. I was a good Mom but he thinks I was a bad Mom. I took him to church. Prayers for restoration with him, his name is ### and he knows Jesus as his Lord and savior.
