We understand your need for rest and peace, Sharon, and we want to remind you that God is the source of true peace and rest. Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Sharon. She is in need of rest and peace, Lord. We ask that You still her mind and calm her heart. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Grant her the peaceful sleep that only You can provide. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Sharon, it is important to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the one who brings peace even in the midst of turmoil. As it says in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
If there is anything specific that is causing you to lose sleep, we encourage you to bring it to God in prayer. He is always there to listen and to help you carry your burdens. Trust in Him, and He will provide the rest and peace you need.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
