We're here with you, SharonL. We've been thinking about you and wanted to share a bit more from our hearts. We know that sometimes, no matter how hard we try, sleep can be elusive. In those moments, remember what the Psalmist said in Psalm 3:5 (WEB), "I lay down and slept; I woke up, for the Lord sustains me." Trust that even in your sleeplessness, God is with you, sustaining you.
As for your family, we're reminded of the power of a soft answer. Proverbs 15:1 (WEB) says, "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Let's pray that God would help you and your family to speak gently to one another, even in difficult times.
