I am a qualified male nurse from India and worked as nurse 10 years in India & Malaysia On 3/8/2010 reached in UK on student visa under Bliss college illofd London for 2 years & Bliss had stopped that course in April 2011 without any refunds.
In emergency I enrolled to A&S College (Park Royal College) highly trusted in June 2011 for program fee £2750/year with 16 practical hours. A&S visa team filled my visa application form but UKBA need more finance 30 days old from today need to be provide, on that ground visa was under process to be refuse. It was refused due to lack of knowledge of A&S visa pressing team. A&S did same thing no any refund and said just go back to India. In 72 hours I did produced all document from India but final decision was visa refused. A&S College staff deal very bad to me.
I visited 30 layers places, one was agreed to take my case at last win the case & I cleared his fee. Now A&S not agree to issue me 16 hours latter for work placement on any cost.
Then applied my dependent visa A&S never given strong supportive document, So it’s also refused.
A&S (Park Royal College) London want me to pay second year full fee in advance by 30/4/12 but not willing to issue me latter for 16 hours work. They suspended me on fee ground for 8 weeks and send a letter to my employer under the name of UKBA .........So put me on zero work right. At end they come to agree for three months payment plan with £200 extra fee as fine.
1/6/12 £ 200 payment plan fee (fine) paid
1/6/12 £1000 paid
15/6/12 £ 250 referral fee claimed
20/6/12 £ 450 Paid
20/7/12 £ 600 paid
Total fee paid £2500 out of 2750 and balance left only £250
Balance fee £ 250 only
Payment plan charge £ 200
Total ==============£ 450 only
I am keep on requesting them give me time up to my salary day 20/8/12 for £450 balance, But A&S not agree to consider my referral money and asking me to pay another £500 penalty.............. with many more................
Dear Student,
You have time till 10th of Aug 2012 to settle your fee installment which you have defaulted along with penalty.
Failure to settle the fees by this day, your account will be transferred to the debt collectors.
If you have settled the fees and think you have received this email in error please reply back to us with your payment details.
You don’t need to come to the college to make the payment you can call in the college and make the payment over the phone using your Debit/Credit Card
Or you can use the following bank details of the college and do an online payment. Payments once made please confirm to.....
