Respected Brother ,I request prayer for my sister, she is having left side pain from two weeks, CT abdomen report shows an approx 73(TR) x 53(AP) x 50(CC)mm sized lobulated SOL noted in left side of lower abdomen.The lesion shows iso to hypodense attenuation.On post contrast study, there is mild heterogeneous enhancement of the lesion with internal non enhancing areas. There is perilesional mesenteric fat stranding.Superiorly the lesion is abutting multiple small bowel loops with loss of fat plane.On the left side it is abutting the junction of descending - sigmoid colon - Suggesting the possibility of neoplastic lesion possibly arising from mesenteric - Adv. USG guided FNAC. Some free fluid in pelvis.So, we are very worried about this matter.According to Doctor advise USG guided FNAC done, Operation will be soon.Kindly, pray for this matter and my sister to recover soon.
