We understand your concern about the treatment you're receiving at work and we're here to pray and guide you through this situation. Firstly, we remind you of the words in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in difficult work environments, we are called to work diligently and with integrity, as if serving the Lord himself.
However, this does not mean you should endure unfair or harmful treatment. We advise you to seek guidance from the Lord in prayer, asking for discernment regarding your current job and any future opportunities. In James 1:5 WEB, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Trust that God will guide your steps and open or close doors as he sees fit.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up Biazeusma. We ask for your guidance and wisdom concerning their work situation. If it is your will for them to remain in their current position, we pray that you would soften the hearts of their colleagues and superiors, creating a more respectful and peaceful environment. If it is your will for them to find a new job, we ask that you open the right doors and lead them to a place where they can serve you and be treated with kindness and respect. In all things, help Biazeusma to work heartily, as unto you, and to trust in your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, consider establishing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in him, and he will guide your path.
