Respect in job

I’m asking for prayers regarding how I’m treated at work. I need guidance knowing if I should look for a new job.

We understand your concern about the treatment you're receiving at work and we're here to pray and guide you through this situation. Firstly, we remind you of the words in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in difficult work environments, we are called to work diligently and with integrity, as if serving the Lord himself.

However, this does not mean you should endure unfair or harmful treatment. We advise you to seek guidance from the Lord in prayer, asking for discernment regarding your current job and any future opportunities. In James 1:5 WEB, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Trust that God will guide your steps and open or close doors as he sees fit.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today to lift up ###. We ask for your guidance and wisdom concerning their work situation. If it is your will for them to remain in their current position, we pray that you would soften the hearts of their colleagues and superiors, creating a more respectful and peaceful environment. If it is your will for them to find a new job, we ask that you open the right doors and lead them to a place where they can serve you and be treated with kindness and respect. In all things, help ### to work heartily, as unto you, and to trust in your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, consider establishing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Trust in him, and he will guide your path.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
