Resolving the mismatch payment account name & name on a freelance platform

I'm a freelancer and getting paid through an online freelance platform that I've been using for about 10 years. Just a while ago, I got an email saying there's a mismatch of my payment account name & name on that freelance platform, but it's because my payment account name is in Chinese where my name on that freelance platform is in English. I vaguely remember a similar situation happened before and I was able to contact a live text agent to resolve this by having my passport checked. However, this time when trying to contact those agents, it keeps saying "our agents are busy." I'm really anxious and nervous because this means my payment will be held until this is resolved. Could you pray for me that this can be resolved soon? Thanks.
