Resolving the mismatch payment account name & name on a freelance platform

I'm a freelancer who has been using a freelance platform to get paid for many years. A while ago, I got an email saying there's a mismatch of the payment account name & name on a freelance platform. This means the payment of work will be held until it's resolved. The payment account name is in Chinese and the name on that freelance platform is in English, which is why there's a mismatch. I've tried to contact live text agents on that freelance platform but it keeps saying "our agents are busy." I'm really anxious and nervous. Could you pray for me this could be smoothly and quickly resolved? Thanks.
