We understand that you are facing numerous challenges and seeking resolution. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." and in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of overwhelming trouble, remember that God cares for you and wants you to cast your burdens upon Him. As Peter tells us "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB
Let's address your concerns one by one.
For your car troubles, remember that God is able to provide and move on the hearts of others to help you. As it is written "God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work." 2 Corinthians 9:8 WEB. Let us pray that God sends someone to aid you in fixing your car.
Regarding your son, we are told in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We believe that your son will be alright, and God wants us to pray for him and trust Him with the outcome.
Concerning the lady who needs to give you paperwork, we are reminded in Romans 12:18 WEB "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We are also told in Matthew 5:37 WEB "But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes' and your 'No' be 'No.' Whatever is more than these is of the evil one." We pray that she will honor the agreement and provide the paperwork without excuses.
Finally, we understand that you need the check to be cashed at the agreed-upon date. We believe that God is able to work on the hearts of others to ensure that His will and purpose is accomplished in this situation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing numerous challenges. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in their life. We pray for resolution to their car troubles, that you would send someone to help fix their car. We ask for your peace and grace upon their son, that he would be alert and focused despite little sleep, and that he would pass his test according to your will. Lord, we pray for favor concerning the paperwork, that the lady would provide it without excuses and honor the agreement regarding the check.
Father, we know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, and we trust in your will and timing. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
