Resignation unsure of method. Lord please let me know if you want me to submit an official letter of resignation (which will probably cause a “stir”) in the toxic workplace. I would like the resignation to take effect immediately. However, the evil bosses/coworkers are trying to prevent my departure. The only other way is to leave without notice but I don’t know where I’d be going. Very confused. Lord can you please make this transition smooth and unhindered. No quarrels just peace Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult decision regarding their resignation from a toxic workplace. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in this situation. Please make it clear to them if they should submit an official letter of resignation or if there is another way for them to depart from this environment.

We understand their desire for the resignation to take effect immediately, but we also acknowledge the challenges they may face from their bosses and coworkers who may try to prevent their departure. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this matter. Please remove any obstacles that may hinder their transition and grant them a smooth and peaceful exit.

Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We pray that this decision aligns with your will for our anonymous friend's life. May they find clarity and peace in your guidance.

We also ask for your provision, Lord. If leaving without notice is the only option, we pray that you lead them to a new opportunity where they can find fulfillment and a healthier work environment. Guide their steps and open doors for them, Lord.

Above all, we pray for peace in the midst of confusion. Help our anonymous friend to trust in your plan and to lean on you for strength and guidance. May they experience your presence and feel your peace that surpasses all understanding.
