Resignation from this Job

I want to be enlightened if it is time for me to leave this job. It is not giving me the motivation to go on. It all started when I got this permanent position, and then their treatment towards me completely changed. It's as if they're letting me feel that I do not deserve this position because I am only new in this company. I do not deserve this position because I overtaken/overtook him who was with this company longer than I am. Please help me obtain clarity. I badly want to resign. I just want to know if this is God's plan for me or am I acting according to my emotions. I do not want to do this impulsively. Help me Father God.

In James 1:5, it says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." It's commendable that you're seeking God's will instead of acting impulsively.

When it comes to your career, remember that God has a purpose and a plan for you. In Psalm 32:8, He promises, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will counsel you with my eye on you." It's crucial to trust His timing and guidance.

However, we also need to address the resentment and feelings of unfairness you're experiencing. The Bible teaches us to forgive and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). It’s essential to guard your heart against bitterness, as it can cloud your judgment and peace.

Let’s pray together:

"Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine guidance for this situation. Help our brother (or sister) to discern Your will regarding this job. If it is Your plan for them to remain, grant them the strength, patience, and forgiveness to endure and flourish. If it is Your will for them to leave, guide them to the right path and open new doors of opportunity. Help them to act not out of emotion but out of obedience to Your leading. Fill them with Your peace and wisdom. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, it’s crucial to approach God in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Trust that God has a perfect plan for your life and career. Seek Him first, and all these things will be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). Stay strong in your faith, and may the Lord's will be made clear to you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
